Welcome to Passione Bici Perú, the best place to rent Bianchi bicycles in Lima. Bianchi Bikes is one of the most respected cycling brands in Europe, and we are the official distributors in Peru. In addition to selling, we also rent bicycles to all visitors to our country who enjoy riding a bicycle and want to explore the capital Lima in a unique way.
Before using our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking and using our bike rental service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience while exploring the city. Please read and understand the following written points:
Reservations and Payments:
 Reservations: Reservations can be made through direct contact via phone call, WhatsApp or through an online purchase from our website.
Payments: A 70% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance (30%) must be paid before starting the rental service.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 2 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will have a surcharge of 30% of the rental value.
No Shows: No refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of rental.
Safety and Equipment:
Helmets and Bicycles: The use of helmets is mandatory throughout the rental period. We provide Bianchi bicycles in excellent mechanical condition.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any cosmetic or mechanical damage to the bicycle during the rental period and must bear the costs of repair or replacement.
Customer requirements:
Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 18 years of age to rent a bike.
Physical Condition: Clients must be in good physical condition to use the bicycle.
Meteorological conditions:
Weather: The rental will take place under favorable weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the rental can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.
Liability and Insurance:
Liability: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
Insurance: Clients are recommended to have travel insurance that covers outdoor activities.
Customer Conduct:
Respect and Behavior: Customers are expected to respect other road users, follow local laws and act responsibly during the rental period.
Modifications and Changes:
Changes to the Reservation: Changes to the reservation must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Change Policy: We reserve the right to modify the reservation for security or logistical reasons, notifying the client as much in advance as possible.
Guides:
Guide Service: If the client needs a guide, they must coordinate it in advance. This additional service is subject to availability and specific conditions.
Image Rights
Photographs and Videos: We reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken during the use of the rental service for promotional purposes, unless the client expresses otherwise in writing.
Acceptance of Terms:
Consent: By booking and using our bike rental service, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
